New Fibre Broadband and Phone order
new order placed more than 2 months ago. Got initial message from plusnet that order now with suppliers and would be informed via email when order ready. Since then heard nothing!
Upfront charges for phone rental already been taken by plusnet
Seems to be taking ages!!! What's the holdup please, plus net?
