Got switched over today, and light has remained orange all day.

The usual advise is that your connection might 'go live' any time up to midnight (or 23:59:59 as they put it). If it's still not working by then (or tomorrow morning if you have to go to bed before midnight), post an update here and I'm sure one of the staff will look into it for you.

I can see your broadband order has recently completed. I have updated your account details and you should be able to connect to the internet within the next 10-15 minutes.

Hi @neilwoods,
We can send one out for you if you wish, but you are free to keep using the old Sky one as well. They are universal and work on any provider.
