Switched to Plusnet 2 months ago but still not up and running

Am currently with sky for broadband and phone. Switched to Plusnet fibre on the 4th July. According to order tracker it is still showing as activating line?? It’s been nearly 2 months now. How can it still be activating??? Online chat is always busy. Don’t want to sit in a queue on the phone. Can someone from Plusnet please help me
