Hi
I have just joined Plusnet and will be activating next month on the full fibre 300.
All the communications speak about 'if you ordered router' but I didn't see any options when signing on.
My old ISP will get the current router I have picked up so I will need one.
Just wanting to know if I need to call plusnet (as there is nothing on my account I can find to do this) to get one ordered or if the engineer will bring one on activation day?
If I need one is there any recommended 3rd party router list I can look from
Many thanks
CB

@CB111 Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.
I recommend that you ring in and check that one is included in the order. The Router is free but there may be a P&P charge. These are not delivered until a day or two before the service goes live.
