Hi! I've signed up for an unlimited broadband deal online yesterday, but I haven't received the confirmation email yet. The transaction has already appeared as pending in my bank statement. Moreover, I can't seem to log in with the account I've set up. I've read up on this issue on this forum and it seems that there were cases similar to mine before where the system just doesn't register an order. Can someone check for me please?
