My line and broadband isn’t meant to be active until 10th January BUT my online account no longer has dates mentioned and the online order tracker now states the 11th for the phone line but no date for broadband or fibre activation.
I have not had any emails to confirm anything and just would like confirmation that everything is going smoothly.

I do apologise for the confusion there has been surrounding the activation of your orders. I've checked them for you now and can confirm everything is still on track for completion on 10/01/2018. Please note it can take up to midnight for full activation but you will be notified once both your phone and broadband order complete.
