My full fibre broadband installer hasn't arrived

I joined Plusnet a couple of weeks ago and got my engineer appt to install full fibre. Booked time off work. Was given a 8am-1pm appt slot by Openreach then by M J Quinn doing the work on their behalf. Received all the texts to confirm the appt. It's now the day of the appt and noone has turned up or even contacted me to let me know what is happening. On my account it says engineer appointment completed. Who am I meant to be in touch with about this please?
