My Reward Card Email ?

Hi,

I have not received any correspondence in regard to my reward card that I was informed I would receive upon joining Plusnet? Any help would be great.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not received this yet.

As your services have only been live for seven days and it can take up to ten days for you to receive this.

If you still haven't received it by the 5th of November please get back to me

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
