Hello,
I’m becoming increasingly concerned as I have not received any communication (no emails or phone calls) since 17th February 2026 regarding my house move request.
I informed Plusnet that my moving date is 6th March, which is now very close, and I have still not received any formal confirmation.
I was sent electronic documents to sign for the new fibre contract, which I completed, and I was told that an engineer would contact me for the 6th March. However:

I was never given an order reference number
-
I have not received any confirmation email
-
No engineer has contacted me
-
I have had no confirmation that the house move is actually scheduled
I also requested a package change from the 300 Fibre plan to the 500 Fibre plan, and I’ve received no confirmation that this has been processed either.
Given that my move date is 6th March, this is now urgent.
Could someone please urgently confirm:
-
Whether my house move order is active
-
The confirmed activation date
-
Whether an engineer visit is booked for 6th March
-
Whether my plan has been changed to 500 Fibre
-
My order reference number
I would really appreciate a clear update as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to service.

As suggested I would phone as the tagged plusnet staff have other duties and may not have time to assist.
Have you checked the members centre for any account activity? Use link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks to everyone,
The link the “Superuser” provided helped me get in contact with a member of staff, and they have confirmed my new address for now. I’ve followed up directly with them to ask a few more questions regarding activation, engineer booking, and the fibre upgrade.
