Hi. I joined plusnet last Tusday and apart from the confirmation and welcome mails i haven't received anything. I've just checked my order in the track order section and according to that i don't have any order in progress. I would really appreciate if someone could have a look at it and tell me if this is normal.
When we're checking your address it's telling us there are 3 active and working lines with other providers, can you respond to the support ticket on your account here with the information requested and we'll get this moving again.
