I have received and activated it in order to use, the prepaid mastercard following my recent account with Plusnet broadband. However , I lost my purse this afternoon and wish to cancel the card and request a replacement.
I can't see anywhere that shows me how to go about this. Can someone please help?

I have managed to freeze the card and will contact them via phone after the bank holiday. My mind is at ease now x
