Installation cost

Hello,
Please could someone let me know what the £49.99 installation charge includes? If I have a phone line but it's not accessible (behind a wall), would that be an additional fee?

Do you mean the actual socket is behind a wall?

The phone cable is behind the wall - not linked to a socket.

Ah - so they could, possibly, pull that cable back out and re-route it. You would still have to pay the £49.99 or whatever a 'new install' cost is.
