IIf i signed up today, can i delay the start date

My current provide contract expires 24th April,

If I signed up today, can the start date be 24th April ? this is to avoid paying cancellation charge.

Re: IIf i signed up today, can i delay the start date

Welcome to the Community, @shawny1967.

If you were to place a new order now, we would typically offer you the earliest possible activation date.

This could be in a matter of days if no new infrastructure is required, or a bit longer if you need to be switched to full fibre.

Most orders now include One touch switching too, which means we automatically contact your existing provider to let them know we're taking over the service, and they will automatically cancel your service on the switch date.

It is possible to opt out of this, but we would still take over the line at the earliest opportunity, and the only difference is you would need to cancel manually.
