Delay to order, will my current provider service be extended

Hi, I was due to switch to Plusnet on 19th March. I had a "sorry tour leaving" e mail from my current provider (UW) who stated my service with them would end on 19th March.

 

However, my start date with Plusnet has been moved to the end of May due to Civil works. as I did the "one touch" switch (or similar name), will PlusNet now tell UW that my switchover has been extended? I cant be without internet for over two months!

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

I can see you've had some advice on your other thread here to contact your current supplier. Have you been in touch to see if they're aware of the delay?
