Hub Two not arrived

Hi,
I recently upgraded to fibre which goes live today ,

I have not received my hub unfortunately

Can someone please advise from staff side

Looks like our suppliers have had to push the upgrade date back:-

Customer Required by Date: 17/02/2022. 
Completion Planned Date: 25/02/2022. 
This is the date we can deliver your service. 
Contractual Delivery Date: 25/02/2022 23:59:59.

The system doesn't ship the router until closer to the completion date.

I've given it a manual nudge though so it should arrive in the next couple of days (you can use it with the existing service).

You shouldn't be charged for the newer package until the physical upgrade work is complete.

Thank you unfortunately I was not notified that openreach have delayed the upgrade by 1 week.

Many thanks I have received router dispatch email

That's been a 2 week wait however for the upgrade from ADSL. I also faced a 2 week delay for openreach to connect me to ADSL

Anyway I appreciate your update
