I have just signed up yesterday and I would like my router to be delivered to another address because the previous tenants in the flat had the same issue before (the router would not fit through the mailbox). The landlord has specified to send the router over to his address. I am being told that I am only able to change this if I call Plusnet myself however I am not in the UK at the moment. Any way this can be done online? Eg through a support ticket?
