How do I contact

I'm a new customer I was told I'd be connected on the 2nd. I've had two engineers here yesterday for 2 hours and I'm still not connected. I've accessed my hub manager and done everything possible still no joy. Now I can't contact anybody!! HELP ME PLEASE
