My elderly father recently signed up for his first ever broadband service with Plusnet via John Lewis.
He placed the order on 23rd October and is *still* waiting for the service to go live. This should have been easy, he had a BT landline and ordered the standard ADSL product. Instead, he had 24 hours downtime on the phone line while Plusnet got the landline number from BT so the number is now with Plusnet but still no internet service.
Why is this taking for so long for something that should have been simple and what has gone wrong here?
