How long does it take to activate broadband?

I was informed that my fiber braodband is supposed to go live on 17th, until now I have received noting via email.
Router received 2 days prior to 17th and telephone line went live on the same day.
I do not understand how long does it need to take still despite several approach to orders team and they are unable to provide any further information.
Now it's one day overdue as promised, I would like to know what is the current situation.
