I've had a look into this for you and I can see see we've emailed you on the 29th December to confirm we're due to transfer your line across to us on the 13th January. We'll activate fibre broadband on the same day anytime up to midnight.
We've also emailed in the early hours of this morning, which suggests last night we've put your router in the post, so you should receive it soon. Let me know if you've got any further queries and I'll be happy to help.
