Moving house so spoke to plusnet agent everything seemed to go smooth, had the usual 10 emails after reading through them I noticed 1 said after my house move my bill would be £43.50 and not £27.00 as agreed on the phone when I took a new 24 month contract out. I have read similar stories I hope this is not he start of a bad agreement.
I also agreed on a new router in the deal, at a loss really I though it went straight forward.
I'm really sorry for any confusion that this may have caused. I've had a look over the account this evening and I can see that the prices on the new contract will be as detailed on this service notice. I can see the other email that you're referring to, however this seems to have automatically generated without any of the discounts having been taken into account.
