I have moved houses with order activation due date 22/7/20 and my broadband is still not active at new property. It is still active at old property. I ve been on hold for 2hours 10 min today when one of your service advisors answered and we got cut off. I can’t keep holding for over 2 hours - I need my internet ASAP - please can someone help ?
