I am in the process of a home move which seems to have automatied issues.
I have rung up support a few times and it feels like going in circles.
The latest info I had was an email and a text message telling me finally of when it would be provided, but the date field was blank!!!!
I was wondering if one of the wizards of these forums would have any ideas?
(using a friend internet so if someone from support could send correct text message I would be appreciative)
