Help with my new order please...?

Last week (on 24/May) I ordered a FF145 service from you.... I order the 145 Mb service as last week it was the same price as the FF74 at £27.99

Today I see that the prices of the FF74 service has dropped to £24.99... is it possible to change my order to the FF74 at the lower price or do I need to cancel my order?

@Ian06  You may be waiting a long time for a staff reply, they seem a bit thin on the ground.  I would give the customer options team a call on 0800 0132632, it's usually answered quickly.

If it was me I would call plusnet Customer Options Team  on 0800 013 2632 

You would may need to phone in to cancel your order

Yeah the best guys to speak to would be the Customer Options Team. Us forum dwellers are just tech and bill.
