Help with an Order Delay

Hi there, 

I signed up for broadband on 16/08 and received an order delay text yesterday. 

The order tracker says you found a potential problem when checking the phone line. I’ve tried to call but the wait times have meant I’ve needed to hang up before getting through. 

Is anyone on the PlusNet team able to share any more info or check this for me please?

Try calling at 8am or soon after, I got straight through then. I am still no further forward though a week later.

Nobody from plusnet has replied to my post on here about a delay so you probably are better calling

I'm really sorry for the concern caused with the email you received, I have had a check on this and can see orders have been placed and are now due to complete on the 5th September.
