WFH Customers expect a certain level of support if things go wrong, Plusnet do not supply that service so if continuity is required Customers need to look for an ISP offering a business product, but that’s going to cost a lot more than approx £30 a month….

The Govt wants things done by the book, so they'll think nothing of paying twice that for a business line if you are expected to WFH.

I don’t know the going rate for business lines these days but at the turn of the century I had fibre to my desk. 10MB up and down, instant telephone support and an engineer on site within an hour, The cost ? £1.5k a month.
