Has my activation date changed?

I was informed that my Broadband and phone would move from John-Lewis yesterday (21st), but I did not receive any texts or emails to say this has gone through? Has my activation date changed? Would be good to know as I need to plan my work around any disruption that may occur when I have to change over the router. I also want to check that I’m not going to get charged for both accounts (old and new).

Hi @GillyG  I'm sorry for any confusion around this I can see that the move is set to take place on the 27th rather than the 21st. 

 

I'll check back on this for you when I'm back on shift on the 27th and make sure the old account gets closed down correctly.
