I am moving house at the end of next week and am moving my internet to Plusnet. I have contacted Plusnet to ask for the go-live date to be moved to AFTER I have moved in (23 July) as I was initially given a date which was before my tenancy started. I was told I would receive an email with confirmation of a later go-live date within 48 hours but we are now 72 hours later and I have received nothing. I am concerned the current tenant is going to get cut off from their internet. Is this the case? I have already received my box.
