What does sent back to prov-automation mean?
I added some information to my Help Assistant open question . Underneath it now says
"The question has been released from hold and sent back to Prov - Automation"
What does this mean,please?

I wouldn't worry about the Prov - Automation" thing, it's just a workflow which our automated system uses to place orders for customers.
I've seen your note on there though and have now manually removed the call feature from your line, it'll no longer appear on later bills. We were unable to do this while the upgrade order was going through , but should now be sorted
I've also closed down the Prov - Automation" ticket as no further work is required in that specific workflow. Let us know if you need anything else, we'll be happy to help.
