I placed an order through compare the market on 6th May. I was offered a £145 gift voucher for choosing plusnet. After the order was complete i was told i would receive the gift card via email within 14 days. I have not received the email containing the gift card. Can you tell me when i will receive this please?

I'm not certain but isn't the email sent within 14 days of the broadband going live?
