Full Fibre Installation

I had a visit from the installation engineer today, received the router a couple of days ago.  He has installed the wall boxes etc.  However the external cable should have been in place before his visit.  Is that likely to happen today?

Hi there @BasilDave, I'm really sorry about the issues with your installation. 


We've raised the issue with Openreach and they've advised that the external work on the order is due to be done by the end of the day on Friday. 


We'll be checking for updates closer to the time and will get back in touch.
