Free gift upgrade offer.

Hi, I placed an order to upgrade my fibre yesterday and at the time there was an offer for free wine included as a reward. I didn’t save the link, and now I can’t find any details about it.

Could you please confirm if this offer is still applied to my order and let me know how I can claim it? If there’s a link or email that should have been sent, I’d really appreciate it if you could resend it.

I think it's to do with this weird points/perks thing. Your upgrade basically adds a bunch of points so it highlights some new rewards. 

If you login to your account, on the main screen where you can select Orders, Broadband, Email etc, etc, one of them is Perks. I think that will show you all the available options including the one you saw at the time of your upgrade. 

I am not 100% certain since I tend to ignore these points stuff, but this is what I found when I did my upgrade and got offers like you did. I then went looking for them afterwards and found the Perks option.

If you sign in and check the Perks section of your account, you should be able to see any available rewards. If nothing appears there, our customer support team can check this further for you.
