First payment taken, DD set up and absolutely no other correspondence

I paid for installation, requested date of engineer visit, had confirmation of DD setup and first payment taken 2 weeks ago, yet I’ve had absolutely nothing regarding the equipment, the appointment or even confirmation that this is going ahead this week.  Nobody is contactable.  Order pending is all I see on my a/c.  It merely says I’ll be told within a week if my preferred date is okay.  That’s 3 days away.

I can see we've e-mailed you on the 28th February with confirmation of the engineer visit we've booked.

If you can't find the e-mail, you can view it as a service notice logged on your account Here.

It looks like you've spoken to us this morning though and we've requested the appointment's changed.
