Should have been upgraded to fibre on 24/7/20 still waiting heard nothing from Plusnet can anybody help please ?

This is getting a bit silly now I'm still waiting for someone to pick this up for me I guess I might have to leave Plusnet for another ISP that actually wants to give me a fibre connection !!
