Fibre upgrade not happenining and can't get in touch with Plusnet

Upgraded to fibre last weekend, got an email confirmation with a change over day of 08/09/2017, paid post & packaging for the new router but as of yet haven't received it, not sure what's happening now but it doesn't look like i'll be on fibre tomorrow, not a great start.
