signed up for broadband but no confirmation email

Hello,

 

I signed up for broadband yesterday and my bank out account is showing plus.net under pending transactions but so far I have had no confirmation or any sort of contact regarding my account, when I try to access my account using the username/password I set up it doesn't work.

 

From reading other posts on the forum it appears that the set up process may have failed and the money that is pending will be returned? i would just like confirmation of this before i try again or another provider, account name was same as one I am using on forum, thanks.
