Thanks a lot for getting in touch, yeah something has definitely gone a bit pear shaped here. The order to take over the phone line is complete, but the component on our side did not activate itself, so I've just raised a task top get it activated.
The new contract wasn't put on the account property, so once the order to upgrade your broadband (which I've just placed) is complete, I'll force the new contract onto your account.
