Hi I'm expecting an engineer but I'm not sure if anyone will be turning up tomorrow, i have had no email explaining what is going or even rearranged an new appointment. Also i need to know what will be happening with my direct debit as I'm a new customer and yet to have broadband - will my bill be delayed to when i have it installed?
