Engineer visit moved without checking

Hi,

My Full Fibre order was due to be sorted on 31st August. I just had an email saying it's now 6/9 at a time I won't be in. How do I move it to a date I will be in and also why has it moved?

I'm also concerned that you've put my fibre to be stopped on 31st August, does that mean I'll be without service for a week?

Finally I've received an email, an SMS and a letter telling me there are cancellation fees even though I'm not leaving plusnet?

So far, other than getting the router early I'm not overly impressed.

Thanks,
Paul.

Oh, and your order tracker generates a 500 error.

OK that now works and says I don't have an order in process... 🤣

I've had an update from OpenReach who said I'll get another message about how to change it. However, I'm still concerned about you turning off my current fibre connection before this date.

Fix

Hi there, I've just checked your account and can see that you've called in today and we've adjusted the due date of the order for you, there's no reason why your existing connection should stop working in the meantime but do get back in touch if there's anything else we can help with at all.
