Engineer not arrived

Hi, an engineer was arranged to come round and install my phone line today in the AM. However they have yet to arrive. Are they running late, or have they cancelled? Is this a common issue?

Hi there, 

 

Really sorry for any inconvenience first of all. 

 

Openreach systems show us that the order was closed off with notes pointing towards them being able to activate the line without needing to enter your property. 

 

Do let me know if there's any obvious issues relating to that such as a lack of an appropriate socket being available.

Ok thanks. I’m still waiting for my broadband service to get activated, any chance that can be done now?
