Openreach engineer appointment was given for today 6/10 between 1300-1800 and not shown up. There is already Openreach socket in property, have just moved in (rented flat, unsure what previous provider was). Can anyone help? Like many others on this forum I've had to take time off work, very frustrating when not given any heads up they're not showing up. Cheers
I'm really sorry to see the engineer didn't turn up. I see we've booked a new appointment for an an engineer to go out on the 19th October between 8am to 1pm, and our suppliers are keeping a close eye on this for you.
