An engineer was supposed to show up between 8 and 1 this morning to install the broadband.
I have taken the morning off of work and have had no word and they have not shown up. I replied to to the pre visit text message questionnaire and have checked on Openreach and they say I must go through the provider. When trying to ring pIus net I am unable to even get put on hold for customer services due to the high volume of calls.
My partner works from home and we have had this appointment booked for around two weeks so we need home internet!
I would just like to know what is going on and be able to speak to someone to be advised about if there have been any delays and what the next steps are.
Part of choosing plusnet over other providers was their reputation for customer service and performance record and I am not impressed.
