Early activation

I’ve received my hub today I work from home but need the internet as mobile data is not strong enough. Can I get connected today ? Any help would be much appreciated.

If that is a confirmed date - only 5 days away - then I suspect that is when it will be switched on. You could try calling, or just possibly one of the Help Team may pick this topic up and see if they can do anything.

Hi Aaron, we won't be able to bring the activation date forward I'm afraid. 

 

Everything should go to plan on the 12th but do shout up if there's any issues at all.
