Early activation

I have all my kit delivered and not got a current broadband provider at home. As I do not require an engineer visit, am I able to activate my service early at all? Pretty sure I was given the 4th October. I'm concerned at my daughters lack of ability to complete her homework!! Many thanks in advance.

@Brier Welcome to the Community forum

Whilst you might not need a home visit, work has to be done by Openreach external to your property. Consequently, it is unlikely that this scheduled work can be brought forward.

Re: Early activation

Many thanks for your response, it is very much appreciated. How would I find out if it is possible? I appreciate it may be unlikely. Thanks again.

@Brier

I'm afraid that it's either a case of waiting until a Plusnet staffer comes along or you ring in.

Re: Early activation

Hi @Brier! Welcome aboard, I've just checked your order and 4/10/22 is the soonest date we can offer I'm afraid.

I'm sorry if that disappoints but do let me know if there's anything else I can help with at all.
