Early activation

I am moving into a new home on the 2nd September.
Last night I ordered full fibre 74 , I wanted it activated on the 9th but when I booked the soonest date available was the 12th.

I have been told by plus net my building already has full fibre connection so I am assuming I do not need an engineer.

So I am wondering if it’s possible, my Wi-Fi can be activated early, on the 9th instead of the 12th?

I've had a check of this for you and it looks like there was already an ONT active with another provider at the address and so due to this the order type carries a minimum lead time of 10 working days so the current committed date is the soonest we can provide the service.
