I ordered a new line for a house move on the 10th, and this afternoon I received and email with the following text.
We can confirm that your order for Home Phone has now been cancelled.

Slightly concerned, as was expecting the phone line to be up and running for the 25th of August, as need the line as I work from home. On my account page it still says my order is being processed. Can someone please elaborate on what the situation is, and if this is normal?!!
