Hi,
I've just ordered my broadband for my new house, however the activation day is my move in day so I won't be there for the delivery of it if it is prior.
Is it possible to get the router sent to an alternate address?
Thanks,
Tom

If your new house has a decent sized letterbox the router will fit through it - so it'll be waiting for you. When dispatched you get an e-mail with a tracking reference.
That aside, if you phone support I believe they can arrange delivery to another address.

A word of warning, even though I have the correct size letter box, there is a draft excluder/security flap on the inside which prevent the Hub being posted through.
