Delays getting service set up

New PlusNet customer and really unimpressed. Service was supposed to go live on Friday - it didn't. No communication from PlusNet.

Called on Saturday was told the relevant teams aren't working and they'd update me on Monday - they haven't.

Home internet is vital for my business. At expense to myself, I've had to move somewhere temporarily to be online.

In what way did it not 'go live'? Have you tried connecting the Hub? If so what was/is the result?

Yes, a solid orange light for 4 days running.

Assuming a Hub 2, what username shows on the screen as in the picture below?

@TheJayBee I'm guessing this is an FTTC connection - ONT not used in this situation.
