Delayed order text

Hi,
Just in process to change. Received a tx today saying delayed, but filled links and can't see any info that confirms this, or anything that gives a new date.
The delay itself isn't an issue, but I need a firm date as I have to arrange help to swap over equipment and reset my devices.

Hi @cmbrown. I’m so sorry for how long it’s taken to get back to you! We’re quite busy right now, so it’s taking a longer than we’d usually like to get back to customers. 

 

I'm sorry that your order has been delayed and appreciate that you need a confirmed date so that you can arrange for everything to be swapped over. I've had a look into this and it appears that your order got stuck in our supplier's system due to a system issue. The order has been cancelled and our provisioning team are in the process of re placing your orders. Once the order has been confirmed on our system, they will send you a text and email to confirm your activation date.
