hello everybody i recently placed a order for broadband
yesturday i got a text message saying my order is been delayed
i was told to ring plusnet customer services which i did
i was on hold and it just rang and rang and rang for best part of an hour
i rang angin still no answer and on hold a firther hour and ten minutes
rang today and spent another hour and no answer the chat dosnt want to know
